Goods Lifts
Good Lifts can be cumbersome. And they can be installed in a deep pit that will need to be filled too. We will make sure that the lift is removed and the floor is filled in. Or if you are having a new lift installed, we will remove the lift ready for the new one to be fitted.

Wheelchair Stairlifts
Similar to removing seated stairlifts. We can usually remove these with little disturbance. The only thing you may see is screw holes where the lift was fitted. If coach bolts were used, we would grind them back if they are unable to be removed.

Stairlifts

Through Floor Lifts
We have a few options in removing Wheelchair Lifts. We can remove the lift, and you do the building works. Or we can remove the lift, re-joist the hole, and put down boarding so that the floor is safe. If you want the ceiling plastered, we can also quote for this.

Step Lifts
When we remove a step lift, it will leave a potential hazard because when we remove the upper gate from where the lift is situated, it will create a falling risk. When we quote the lift, we will ask you what you would like us to do with this. Whether a board is fitted temporarily or if you want something more permanent.
